Hello lovelies, I’m happy to present 2 more recipes in cooperation with **Alnatura to you this time with the delicious **Alnatura Basmati Rice. **We keep it exotic after testing the Coco-Drink **(you can find the recipes here). Exotic suits us well, we really like Asian Food and rice is always a part of it. Did you know that Basmati in Hindi means “fragrance”? And so basmati rice is often called fragrant rice. It is a distinctly aromatic rice actually originated in Afghanistan. Basmati is regarded as the most precious kind of rice worldwide and the best and most nutrient kinds are from India and Pakistan.
**Basmati Rice from Alnatura **comes from India and is cultivated according to organic guidelines. I was creative with this tasty rice that develops a delicate fragrance once cooked. At first I made rice donuts that are not only fun to look at, but also really tasty and versatile due to the many different topping possibilities. Of course my kids enjoyed them very much.

And this is what you need: (for approx. 8 donuts) 1 donut mold
DONUTS: Coconut oil 250 gr Basmati Rice from Alnatura Avocado-basil - sesame tomato - cashew mozzarella - basil Mango - berries - mint – edible flowers – chocolate creme
DIPS: Balsamico - oil Coconut yogurt - berries Soy sauce - sesame
Cook the basmati rice according to the packet instructions. Let it cool off. Grease the donut mold with coconut oil. Put the rice into the mold and press on well. Turn the mold around and now the rice donuts should detach easily. Cover as you please and enjoy them with dips.

Don’t they look amazing? I’m sure your family, especially the kids will be amazed and decorating the rice donuts with your loved ones is lots of fun for everybody. They are healthy and especially tasty now on a warm summer evening – and sweet rice donuts are the perfect dessert to go along!

The second recipe is a tasty parfait that you can easily create with the remaining rice.I’m not quite sure how you handle it but I tend to always cool too much rice and therefore I’m grateful for any ideas what to do with all the left over rice. I was inspired to create this parfait by sticky rice with mango, that we ate a lot in Thailand and that I liked very much.
