About the book

My first cookbook “Taste of Life” – the vegan family cookbook is very close to my heart. In the book I have written down our favorite family recipes for you. We have tested the recipes many times, they are very much loved and have convinced my family of a plant-based diet.

“Taste of Life” contains the favorite dishes of our children, my husband and me and our family favorites from around the world in four chapters.

I am happy when the recipes and suggestions in my book arouse curiosity and inspire the whole family to eat healthier. In the book you will find a lot of tips from the weekly plan to nutritional basics, recipes from breakfast to dinner, snacks and lots of party tips.

Love, Verena
