2 delicious recipes with basmati rice
Ingredients
- 250 gr basmati rice
- 10 Tbsp coconut milk (full fat)
- 5 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 Tbsp bourbon vanilla
- 2 Mangos
- 10-15 strawberries
- Toppings like granola (berries)
Instructions
- Cool the rice according to the package instructions (or use leftover rice)
- Let cool off and than mix with 6-8 Tbsp coconut milk
- Add 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup (depending how sweet you like it) and add vanilla
- Put in 4 jars
- Peel the mango and puree the fruit flesh
- Add on top of the rice
- Wash the strawberries, cut the green stem and puree with 3-4 Tbsp coconut milk and 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- Add to the jars
- Top with granola and fresh berries - serve chilled
