Hello lovelies, this quick sweet coconut dip is the perfect companion for fresh fruit on a summery snack platter. It needs just 3 ingredients and is stirred together in 5 minutes – with no cooking at all.

Simply stir coconut-almond cream together with plant-based coconut yogurt, sprinkle the dip with a few coconut flakes and serve it straight away. Watermelon, berries, apricots and melon are lovely for dipping. Serve the dip in a small bowl so everyone can help themselves.
