Chocolate orange mousse with aquafaba

    INGREDIENTS

    • 120grdark chocolate
    • 1Tspvanilla extract
    • Zest of 1/2 - 1 organic orange
    • Aquafaba liquid of one glas of chickpeas, e.g. Alnatura
    • 2Tbsppowdered sugar

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Melt the chocolate over a water bath and let cool down a bit
    2. Drain the chickpeas and take the liquid - beat it with a kitchen machine or hand mixer for 5-20 minutes until very fluffy and peaks form
    3. Add in the powdered sugar while beating
    4. Add fluffy mixture to the melted chocolate and fold it in, add the vanilla and orange zest
    5. Decorate into glasses and let cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours
