
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2cupsoats
- 1/2cupscoconut chips
- 1/2cupwalnuts
- 1/2cuppecan nuts
- 3Tbspcoconut blossom sugar
- 3Tbspcacao powder
- 4Tbspcoconut oil
- 3Tbspchocolate spread I used a dark chocolate vegan one
- vanilla
- 1Tspcinnamon
- 2Tbspdried pomegranate arils or any other dried fruits
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roughly chop the nuts ( I like bigger pieces in my granola).
- In a bowl mix the oats, coconut chips, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, dried nuts and cacao.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degree.
- In a small pan mix the oil, vanilla and chocolate and melt.
- Add to the dry ingredients and until well combined.
- Spread on a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Let cool down and enjoy.
