Chocolate Granola
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/2 cups coconut chips
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pecan nuts
- 3 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp chocolate spread (I used a dark chocolate vegan one)
- vanilla
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp dried pomegranate arils (or any other dried fruits)
Instructions
- Roughly chop the nuts ( I like bigger pieces in my granola).
- In a bowl mix the oats, coconut chips, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, dried nuts and cacao.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degree.
- In a small pan mix the oil, vanilla and chocolate and melt.
- Add to the dry ingredients and until well combined.
- Spread on a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Let cool down and enjoy.
