Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the water

Cover and let rise in a bowl for 1-2 hours
Add the dough to a dusted work space and divide into 6-8 pieces
Roll out the pieces very thin
Heat a pan (works best with a cast iron pan), you can add some olive oil, but you don't have to
Fry the flat dough for 2-3 minutes from both sides
