Notes
Tip from my kitchen: a ratio of about 150 g (5.3 oz.) oats to 400 ml (1 ¾ cup) plant milk makes the oats nicely creamy - if you like them looser, just stir in a splash more plant milk in the morning. I let them soak overnight (6–8 hours), or at least 2–3 hours. In a sealed jar they keep for 2–3 days in the fridge, which makes them great for prepping ahead. Vary the toppings however you like: fresh figs, berries, banana, date syrup, coconut yogurt or a spoon of nut butter all pair wonderfully with the chocolate.
