Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Cut the pumpkin in pieces, drizzle with some olive oil and bake for 25-35 minutes until soft.
Let cook down and mash with a fork or puree in a food processor.
Chop the onions and mix all the ingredients (except the sesame) in a bowl.
Season with the spices.
Let rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
With wet hands form patties and coat them with sesame seeds.
Heat olive oil in a pan and bake the patties 4-5 minutes from both sides until golden.
