  • Good Morning Lovelies! Cinnamon and goji Nicecream topped with a Persimmon smoothie! I hope that sounds good to you 😊. I used @organicburst new Tibetian Goji Berries for the middle layer and of course as topping and it turned out so good. You can watch my stories where I also share the recipe. 
I love the taste of Goji berries and also the fact that studies have shown that they can improve your feeling of happiness and your overall wellbeing! No wonder they have been used in Tibetian Medicine for thousand of years. 
The berries are wild crafted in Tibet and of the highest quality. I also love the fact that @organicburst works with a local research institute that helps to preserve original Tibetian herbs and protect the biodiversity! *partnerschaft/*collaboration

  • Good Morning Lovelies, Citrussalad with caramelized pecans and a pomegranate cinnamon dressing. This was seriously so so good, would also be such a delicious and light dessert for Christmas. 
I just sliced Persimmon, pink grapefruit, oranges, mandarines and limes - added Pomelo, topped with lots of pomegranate seeds and mint and sprinkled with the dressing and the nuts! 
Sending some extra love to sweet Julia @gaia_wellness - who had her last exam today!! ❤️

  • Good Morning Lovelies, we did some Xmas baking this weekend and made these orange, walnut and chocolate cookies. I added a lot of orange zest because I absolutely love the combo with chocolate and they turned out really yummy. 
Will have to make another batch and share the recipe with you. I also tested the main dish of my Christmas dinner yesterday and I turned out so good, will share the recipe this week!

The platter is filled with fresh fruits, veggies, Avo, mango coconut yoghurt, my chocolate speculoos spread, vegan Camembert from @new__roots and homemade spelt „zopf“.   • Hello Lovelies, a Family Buddha Bowl to start the weekend! With celery “schnitzel” in a panko sesame crust - which was so good! Carrot ribbons, arugula, onion sprouts, cress, quinoa, pickled red cabbage, chicory and roasted zucchini and fennel and a Dukkah sprinkled Avo! We ate it with a tahini and mustard dressing.

For the celery “schnitzel”:
1 celery root
1 cup oat milk 
4-5 tbsp spelt flour 
salt, pepper, paprika, kurkuma, thyme
1 cup panko crumbs
1/3 cup sesame seeds
Cut the celery in 1 cm slices. Blanch in salted water for 5-7 minutes, it should be “Al Dente”. Dry with kitchen paper . 
Mix the spices, flour and milk, it should be liquid but not runny. Mix the sesame and bread crumbs. Dip the celery in the milk mix and than the crumbs and roast gently in coconut oil for 5-8 minutes each side until golden brown.
