Mediterranean avocado dip

A light and delicious dip with avocado, basil and olives

Ingredients

  • 1 organic avocado 
  • 1 medium-sized tomato 
  • 5-10 olives 
  • Juice of 1/2  lemon 
  • 1 small shallot
  • 5-6 leaves fresh basil 
  • Salt & pepper 

Instructions

  • Remove the avocado stone, put the flesh in a bowl and slightly mash it using a fork 
  • TFinely chop tomato and olives and add them to the mashed avocado 
  • Add the lemon juice 
  • Finely chop the shallot and the basil leaves 
  • Mix everything well and season it with salt & pepper
