gr (1 ½ cups)
flour
(e.g. spelt)

gr (3/4 cup)
buckwheat flour
alternatively 300 gr (2 1/3 cup) spelt flour

cinnamon

baking powder

salt
pinch of
clove & nutmeg

plant-based milk
(e.g. soy or oat)

ml (1/4 cup)
sparkling water
Instructions
Mix the flour with the herbs and the baking powder
Add the moist ingredients and stir into a smooth dough
Let the dough rest for a while (approx. 10 minutes), in the meantime preheat the waffle iron
Grease the waffle iron and bake the waffles
Serve them with maple syrup and fresh fruits
