Mix the chia seeds with water and let them soak for 5-10 minutes
Mash the bananas using a fork or a mixer
Mix water, milk, coconut blossom sugar and bananas
Add the chia mix
Melt the margarine and add it
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and salt and stir in with the moist ingredients
Add apple cider vinegar and mix well
Roughly chop walnuts and chocolate and fold them in
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
Grease and flour a loaf pan and add the dough to it. Decorate it with some of the chopped walnuts and chocolate and possibly with half an additional banana
Bake for 60-70 minutes – check with a stick to make sure the dough is well done
