Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
Mix the almonds, sugar and vanilla
Add flour and baking powder
Add oil and sparkling water and mix well
Add 1 Tbsp cider vinegar at the end
Grease a springform or inlay it with baking paper
Put the dough into the springform and bake for 30-40 minuten backen – check with a stick if well done
Let cool off
Whip the cream and sweeten it as you like – I added some elderflower sirup
Put the whipped cream on top of the cake and add your berries to it
