Preheat the oven to 150 degree
Roast the hazelnuts for 10-15 minutes, but keep an eye on them
Add to a kitchen towel whole still warm and rub off the skin
Add the hazelnuts to a mixer/food processor and mix well until they are creamy (this takes at least 5 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until smooth and well combined
Add the cremes to jars, building as much layers as you like
