Chocolate Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cups coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pecan nuts
  • 3 Tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 4 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate spread I used a dark chocolate vegan one
  • vanilla
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp dried pomegranate arils or any other dried fruits

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the nuts ( I like bigger pieces in my granola).
  • In a bowl mix the oats, coconut chips, coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, dried nuts and cacao.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degree.
  • In a small pan mix the oil, vanilla and chocolate and melt.
  • Add to the dry ingredients and until well combined.
  • Spread on a baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  • Let cool down and enjoy.
