Puff pastry "candies" with dates

Taifun Curry-Mango Tofu

vegan cream cheese
garlic powder

soy cream to brush it
Instructions
Heat the oven to 180 degrees
Cut the TaifunCurry-Mango Tofu into pieces (8 pieces), approx. 0.5 cm wide
Fry them in a little coconut oil until crispy
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into about 8 small rectangles
Season the cream cheese with garlic powder and salt and place 1 teaspoon each on a puff pastry rectangle
Halve and stone the dates, place a piece of tofu and half a date on top of the cream cheese
Roll up the puff pastry and fold the ends to create a candy shape
Place on baking paper and brush with soy cream
Bake until golden for about 20-25 minutes
"Knot" the ends with chives and serve the parcels warm or cold
