Brew approx. 300 ml (1 ½ cups) strong chai tea and let it cool off
Roughly chop chocolate and walnuts
Decore the dates and chop them finely or use a food processor
Mix beans, yogurt, chai tea, sugar and dates well
Mix soy flour, flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa in a bowl and add them to the moist ingredients
Stir in apple cider vinegar
Stir in walnuts and chocolate and just spoon under
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)
Put the dough in a square baking pan or onto a baking tray
Bake for 30 minutes
Let it cool off
