Vegan Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tsp date syrup
  • 1-2 tsp gingerbread spice
  • frothed oat milk
  • 2 espresso, freshly brewed
  • 4 Tbsp whipped vegan cream (e.g. soy)
  • 2-3 pinches cinnamon
  • vegan speculoos cookies

Instructions

  1. Warm the oat milk with the date syrup and the spice until everything has dissolved well
  2. Divide into 2 glasses
  3. Pour a freshly brewed espresso into each
  4. Add a little frothed milk on top
  5. 2 Tbsp of whipped cream each as a topping
  6. Decorate with cinnamon and cookie crumbs and enjoy
