Vegan Gingerbread Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tsp date syrup
- 1-2 tsp gingerbread spice
- frothed oat milk
- 2 espresso, freshly brewed
- 4 Tbsp whipped vegan cream (e.g. soy)
- 2-3 pinches cinnamon
- vegan speculoos cookies
Instructions
- Warm the oat milk with the date syrup and the spice until everything has dissolved well
- Divide into 2 glasses
- Pour a freshly brewed espresso into each
- Add a little frothed milk on top
- 2 Tbsp of whipped cream each as a topping
- Decorate with cinnamon and cookie crumbs and enjoy
