Kürbis-Burger

Ingredients

  • 1/2 butternut pumpkin (medium sized)
  • 1 onion
  • 50 gr oats
  • 50 gr dried roasted onions
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke or paprika
  • tumeric
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sesame

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Cut the pumpkin in pieces, drizzle with some olive oil and bake for 25-35 minutes until soft.
  2. Let cook down and mash with a fork or puree in a food processor.
  3. Chop the onions and mix all the ingredients (except the sesame) in a bowl.
  4. Season with the spices.
  5. Let rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  6. With wet hands form patties and coat them with sesame seeds.
  7. Heat olive oil in a pan and bake the patties 4-5 minutes from both sides until golden.
