Kürbis-Burger
Ingredients
- 1/2 butternut pumpkin (medium sized)
- 1 onion
- 50 gr oats
- 50 gr dried roasted onions
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp liquid smoke or paprika
- tumeric
- salt
- pepper
- sesame
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Cut the pumpkin in pieces, drizzle with some olive oil and bake for 25-35 minutes until soft.
- Let cook down and mash with a fork or puree in a food processor.
- Chop the onions and mix all the ingredients (except the sesame) in a bowl.
- Season with the spices.
- Let rest in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- With wet hands form patties and coat them with sesame seeds.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and bake the patties 4-5 minutes from both sides until golden.
