Ingredients
- 200 g Taifun Curry-Mango Tofu
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 vegan puff pastry (rolled-out)
- 4 Medjool-dates
- 8 tsp vegan cream cheese
- garlic powder
- salt
- soy cream to brush it
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees
- Cut the TaifunCurry-Mango Tofu into pieces (8 pieces), approx. 0.5 cm wide
- Fry them in a little coconut oil until crispy
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into about 8 small rectangles
- Season the cream cheese with garlic powder and salt and place 1 teaspoon each on a puff pastry rectangle
- Halve and stone the dates, place a piece of tofu and half a date on top of the cream cheese
- Roll up the puff pastry and fold the ends to create a candy shape
- Place on baking paper and brush with soy cream
- Bake until golden for about 20-25 minutes
- "Knot" the ends with chives and serve the parcels warm or cold
