Summer food: Sweet and savory snack platters

Ingredients
- 1 organic avocado
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 5-10 olives
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 small shallot
- 5-6 leaves fresh basil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Remove the avocado stone, put the flesh in a bowl and slightly mash it using a fork
- TFinely chop tomato and olives and add them to the mashed avocado
- Add the lemon juice
- Finely chop the shallot and the basil leaves
- Mix everything well and season it with salt & pepper
