Berry popsicles with coconut water

Ingredients
- 150 g (5.3 oz.) berries of your choice (e.g. blueberries, raspberries or strawberries, fresh or frozen)
- a few edible flowers (optional)
- 330 ml (1 1/3 cups) coconut water (to fill, depending on the molds)
- 100 g (3.5 oz.) dark chocolate (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- 1.Distribute the berries and a few edible flowers into the popsicle molds
- 2.Fill the molds with coconut water and insert the sticks
- 3.Freeze over night (at least 6 hours) until the popsicles are solid
- 4.To release them, briefly hold the mold under warm water and pull out the popsicle
- 5.If you like, dip the frozen popsicles in melted dark chocolate and let them set again
Notes
Tip from my kitchen: freezing time depends on the size of your molds – plan for a night to be safe. Scatter the berries loosely in the mold so the popsicles freeze evenly and look extra pretty. The time given covers preparation only; the freezing time comes on top.
